I’m a finance and accounting leader with more than 20 years of experience helping nonprofit organizations and small businesses build strong financial foundations, gain clarity around their numbers, and make confident, informed decisions. My work focuses on providing fractional CFO and advisory support to organizations that need senior financial leadership, but not on a full-time basis.
Throughout my career, I’ve partnered closely with Executive Directors, founders, boards, and leadership teams to strengthen financial operations, improve cash flow, and support long-term sustainability. I’ve served in senior finance roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance, with hands-on responsibility for accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls across manufacturing, service, hospitality, and mission-driven organizations.
I specialize in translating complex financial information into clear, practical insight. Whether supporting a nonprofit navigating grant funding and audits, or a small business managing growth and cash flow, my goal is to make the financial side of the organization understandable, manageable, and aligned with its mission and operations. I’m comfortable working directly with boards and finance committees, preparing financial presentations, coordinating audits, and helping leadership teams plan for the future.
My approach is collaborative and pragmatic. I believe finance should support the work of the organization—not slow it down. I work closely with staff across departments to build processes that fit how the organization actually operates, strengthen internal controls without unnecessary complexity, and create reporting that leaders can rely on. I’m equally comfortable rolling up my sleeves to address day-to-day accounting challenges as I am stepping back to provide strategic guidance.
